The article is correct in stating that you don&#039;t necessarily need to be sweating and working out until falling over to lose weight. Yes, more intense workouts will help you lose weight quicker but that doesn&#039;t need to be the goal. 

Although it sounds counter intuitive, eating more meals per day can really help one lose weight. Just make sure these are smaller portions that contain some form of protein, which tends to make you feel more full longer (than carbohydrates.)
