Another of the foods highest in antioxidants is fruit. Berries in particular are full of antioxidants, and really, few fruits have quite the provocative allure or the nutrients of berries. They are full of fiber, minerals and vitamins, and are loaded with these healing antioxidants.
Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, and kiwi fruits are all full of antioxidants and so if you are looking to increase the amount of antioxidants you are consuming you should definitely add some more of these fruits to your diet.
Another of the foods high in antioxidants is broccoli. Broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts, are all full of antioxidants and great for your health.
Just make sure that you incorporate these foods in moderation into your diet, rather than going all out and going overboard. You also do not want to omit other foods from your diet just to replace them with these, at least not if they are healthy foods.
You need a variety of foods in your diet to ensure that you are getting the nutrition that your body needs to strive, so for instance besides berries you also need to eat other fruits such as bananas which offer potassium and watermelon which offers vitamins.
